Ordering Giclee and prints from your photos or art.

STEP 1:

Simply click here to upload your file now or send us an e-mail at: info@archiveangel.com and let us know what you would like. (you may attach digital files up to 5MB to this address.) Be sure to include your NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER for fastest service.

OR

Send us your original photo, negative or slide via US MAIL, FED EX or UPS. Be sure to include the type and size of the print you want as well as your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER and E-MAIL

STEP 2:

Once we receive your originals, we will E-mail you a proof of any changes we have made for your review.

STEP 3:

We E-mail you a itemized invoice which you can pay for online via PAYPAL OR You can send us your money order or cashier's check.

STEP 4:

We create your Print or Slideshow production and ship it to you for years of enjoyment!

Shipping

Archive Angel shall not be liable for photographs, slides, video or music while in transit through the U.S. Post office or while in the possession of any other mail carrier or courier. Archive Angel will not be liable for damaged or lost photographs, slides, videos or music while in transit to or from the possession of Archive Angel. The consumer agrees to be liable for their photographs, slides, videos or music should they be lost, stolen, damaged while in transit through the U.S. Postal Service or any other mail carrier or courier used to transport said photographs, slides, videos or music to or from Archive Angel. By placing an order and paying for Archive Angel services by check, money order or any other payment accepted by Archive Angel , the consumer understands and agrees to these terms and conditions and shall assume all liability for photographic materials while in transit to and from Archive Angel via the U.S. Postal Service and or any other mail carrier or courier. Archive Angel is not responsible for the loss of pictures due to an act of God or loss incurred while in the possession of a mail carrier or courier.

DVD-R compatibility

Please make sure that your DVD player is DVD-R compatible. We cannot accept returns or cancel orders after they have been processed.

Prices / Services

Archive Angel reserves the right to adjust, make changes to all products, items, prices and services, listed and not listed on this web site for sale or promotion at their own discretion without any reasonable, timely notification to the consumer.

Returns

If the problem is ours, we will correct it and replace the print. If you would prefer not to keep the print, please return it to us for a full refund, less applicable shipping costs.
We recommend shipping through a traceable source and adding insurance as we will not be responsible for lost items.
